Fast Homemade Fish Fillet Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:

- 4 white fish fillets (such as cod or haddock)

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup cold club soda

- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices

Instructions:

1. Start by seasoning your fish fillets with salt and pepper. Set aside.

2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt for the batter. Gradually add in the club soda while whisking until you get a smooth batter.
